This guide is not medical advice. Stop use if significant pain, numbness, swelling, discoloration or circulation concerns occur.
Every order to a seller should follow the same grammar: one message, one dimension or fact, the exact model named, the evidence attached. Sellers answer specific questions; they decline to answer essays. This guide supplies the templates and the rule for when an answer is good enough to buy on.
The specifications worth requesting are cataloged in the specification checklist; this page is the asking itself.
Which specifications are missing?
Run the checklist against the listing first — the answer is usually one or two rows, not a questionnaire: usable internal length for your chosen variant, ring inner diameter for the included rings, package contents per variant, or the care limits for a finish. Name the missing row precisely; “what are the sizes?” invites a brochure, “what is the usable internal length of the Small body?” invites a number.
One message per decision-critical row. Bundling five questions into one email gets four partial answers and one fiction; asking serially gets documentation you can actually order against.
Which variant are you asking about?
Name it exactly as the listing does: product name, color, length class or size, configuration. Variant-specific questions get variant-specific answers — a chart figure for “Standard” tells you nothing about “Nano,” and sellers who carefully answer the wrong variant have wasted both directions of the email. Paste the listing URL into the message; the anchor costs nothing and prevents the entire failure mode.
If you’re deciding between two variants, ask both rows explicitly (“the usable internal length of the Small and of the Standard”) — one message, two labeled answers, one decision enabled.
What evidence makes the question easy to answer?
Your measurement, quoted with its date and method (“relaxed length, measured per a repeatable method: 52 mm”), the listing text you’re questioning (“your chart says X for Y”), and what you plan to order if the answer satisfies. Evidence converts a support ticket into a sales opportunity the seller can close in one reply — and sellers close those gladly.
For dimension conflicts, quote both conflicting sources with their locations. The seller who must reconcile their own page’s numbers with each other gives you the authoritative answer; the one who won’t has answered a different question.
The Viper Chastity Cage V7.0 EVO
A listing worth asking about — documented enough that the missing rows are few: Choose the Viper V7.0 EVO for a nylon-resin kit with four base rings. One selected cage, a lock with two keys and a safety pin are included, giving you a clear starting set without buying each ring separately. Select the cage size on the product page.
When is the answer clear enough to buy?
When it names the number, matches the unit and reference point your checklist uses, and comes from someone accountable for the listing. “The Small body’s usable internal length is 55 mm, measured from the ring’s rear surface” is buyable; “it’s a medium-large size” is not. Order against written answers, save them with your kit records, and let undocumented listings stay undocumented — at someone else’s wallet.
The templates, ready to copy:
- “On [listing URL], what is the usable internal length of the [variant] cage, and from which reference points is it measured? I’d like the figure in millimeters.”
- “Which ring sizes are included with the [variant] package — inner diameters in mm — and is the ring selected at checkout or shipped as a set?”
- “Does the [variant] package include [item]? Please confirm the complete package list for this exact configuration.”
- “What are the cleaning instructions and temperature/chemical limits for each component of the [variant]?”
Name the variant, request the missing row, attach the evidence, and buy on written answers. The templates above are the whole method — copy, fill, send, save. Sellers reward precise questions with precise answers, and precise answers are what your checklist has been waiting for.
